Rippa Power Equipment UK is operated by W & S Power Equipment Limited. All orders are dispatched from our depot at Unit 3B, Farrall's Yard, Ashton Lane, Chester, CH3 8AA.

Machinery (mini excavators and loaders)

Delivery for machinery is not charged at checkout. It is quoted after you place your order, because every machine is delivered by our driver on a trailer and the cost depends on your location.

Rate: £1.50 per mile, measured from our Chester depot (CH3 8AA) to your delivery address.
How it works: after you order, we will contact you by email or phone with your delivery quote and to arrange a delivery date. Delivery is invoiced separately and must be paid before your machine is dispatched.
If you don't accept the quote: you can cancel your order before dispatch and we will refund you in full.
Estimate in advance: use our shipping calculator or contact us for a quote before you buy.
Access: please let us know about any access restrictions at the delivery address (narrow lanes, gates, soft ground or no turning space) so we can plan the delivery. Someone must be present to receive the machine.

Parts, attachments and accessories

Mainland UK: delivery is included in the price.
Addresses outside mainland UK (such as Northern Ireland and the islands): an additional charge applies, calculated on the item's weight and delivery location. We will contact you with the cost before dispatch.

Dispatch times and couriers

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Standard parcels are sent with premium couriers such as FedEx and UPS, and larger items by Palletways. Machinery is delivered on the date agreed with you.

Delivery area

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Damaged or missing items

Please check your delivery when it arrives and tell us as soon as possible if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, so we can put it right. See our Refund Policy for returns.
